TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., traffic is not permitted on the campsite and vehicles may not enter the pitches. They must be parked in the internal car park and campers must walk to their pitches.
- Pitches are designed for one caravan, one tent and one vehicle. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the internal or external car park, depending on availability.
- Visitors’ vehicles are not permitted inside the campsite. They must be parked in the external car park.
- One adult must be present per pitch.
- A maximum of 6 people per pitch is permitted.
- Pets are allowed. The owner must declare this when registering. Pets must be kept on a leash and must not disturb the neighbours or soil the pitches. Free plastic bags are available at the campsite entrance.
- Only micro-breathable tarpaulins are allowed on the pitches.
- It is not permitted to hang ropes from trees (for washing lines or hammocks). Communal clothes lines are available near each toilet block.
- It is strictly forbidden to charge vehicles using the electrical terminals on the pitches.
- During the day, please do not disturb other campers with audio or television equipment, loud voices or musical instruments.
- Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., it is strictly forbidden to make noise. As an exception, these hours are extended from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. during July and August.
- From 1 to 30 September, charcoal barbecues are prohibited on the campsite. You may use the communal barbecue located next to toilet block 1 (unless prohibited by the local authorities).
- The campsite accepts no responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings. Campers are responsible for keeping an eye on their own stuff.
- On the day you leave, you need to clear your pitch by 12 noon at the latest. If you haven’t cleared your pitch by midday, you’ll be charged for an extra night.
- If you wish to extend your stay, and subject to availability (a new pitch may be offered to you), you must notify the reception office at least 24 hours in advance.
- No early departures or cancellations will be refunded without Meetch cancellation insurance.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Booking: 1/. All bookings imply acceptance of the above rules and regulations. 2/. Bookings are made in the name of a specific person. 3/. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay, with a minimum payment equivalent to one day’s stay. A booking fee of €5 will be applied to all bookings made on the website.
In the event of cancellation without cancellation insurance, no refund of the deposit or stay will be made by the campsite.
Services: 4/. The pitch number will be provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee. 5/. Arrivals and departures: arrivals are between 1pm and 6pm. Departures must take place before noon. 6/. Late arrival: In the event of a delay in occupying your reserved pitch and without notification from guests one hour before closing time, the reservation will be considered cancelled and no refund will be made. The management reserves the right to re-let the pitch. Payment/Cancellation: 7/. Payment for your stay: The balance for your stay must be paid on arrival.8/. Cancellation: taking out cancellation insurance (MEETCH Assurance) entitles you, under certain conditions, to a full or partial refund of the cost of your stay in the event of cancellation. Accepted methods of payment: cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer, French cheques, ANCV holiday vouchers.
